Click and Collect Service

1. Do you offer click and collect service?

Yes! We offer a Click & Collect service, allowing you to place an order online and pick it up from our store at your convenience..

2. How Does Click & Collect Work?
  • Check Store Availability
    • On the product page, check if the item is available for Click & Collect at your preferred store.
    • Make sure to select the correct size and color before adding items to your cart.
  • Add Items to Your Cart
    • Once you’ve selected the right size and color, add the items to your cart.
    • To proceed with Click & Collect, all items in your order must be available at the same store.
  • Complete Your Purchase
    • At checkout, select the Click & Collect option and choose your pickup location.
    • Place your order, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.
3. How will I know when my order is ready for pickup?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for collection. After receiving the confirmation, visit the selected store and show your order confirmation to collect your items.

4. How long does it take for my order to be ready?

Orders placed between 9:30 AM & 5:00 PM are usually ready within one hour. You will receive a notification when it's available for pickup.

5. How long do I have to collect my order?

You must collect your order within 3 days of receiving the confirmation. If you need more time, please contact us by emailing cs@wecre8.com or calling +966 59 991 9777.

6. What happens if I don’t collect my order?

Uncollected orders may be canceled and refunded or returned to stock after 3 days of sending pick up confirmation email
