Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction:

At WE CRE8, we aim to ensure that every purchase you make is exactly what you wanted. If you find yourself not completely satisfied with your items, here is our return policy tailored to help.

Return Timeline and Process:

You have up to 10 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
Please note, exchanges for different products are not permitted.
Products purchased online can only be returned through our online return process. In-store returns for online purchases are not accepted.
Items intended for return must be in their original condition, inclusive of boxes, covers, and price tags. For shoes, they must be undamaged and returned with their original box.

Product-Specific Return Policies:

For hygiene reasons, sleepwear, swimwear, and earrings are not eligible for returns
All items should be unopened and unused, with packaging undamaged. Opened or used products cannot be returned.

Additional Return Conditions:

The return process, managed through our courier partner, is expected to complete within 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued after our team has thoroughly inspected the returned products to ensure they meet our return criteria. Please note that any paid shipping fees will not be included in the refunded amount.
In the event that we receive a damaged or incorrect item, no refund will be issued. If the customer wishes to have the item returned to them, they will be responsible for covering the delivery charges of 25 SAR
If the customer receives a damaged/ wrong item for any reason, they must submit a claim within 3 days of receiving the product by contacting our Customer Service team at cs@wecre8.com or +966 59 991 9777. To process the claim, the customer should provide images of the damaged/wrong item. After reviewing the claim, we will request the return of the damaged item for inspection, and upon confirmation, a refund will be issued.

Refund Process:

Upon successful verification of the returned items, your refund will be processed promptly. Our goal is to make this process as smooth and efficient as possible, ensuring you are satisfied with your experience.
